There is an additional charge for occupancy over 2 persons
There is a 9% state tax on all rentals
A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to hold all reservations
Check-Out time for all guests is no later than 10AM
Pets - We accept well-behaved pets (meaning non-threatening
dogs). In consideration of other guests, we reserve the right to refuse
dogs on our property. Must be approved in advance. Each pet is an additional $100 per week.
